So JAWS is officially closed, nothing else we can do about it. So yesterday (Friday the 13th) I visited universal to see the aftermath of this tragedy. I uploaded a video on our YouTube page of a walkthrough. Looks like 2012 really is the end of the world, it hit Amity Island first. check out these photos and the Video! Jaws, oh Jaws.. Last night was the final voyage of JAWS. the ride will literally never see sunlight again. It was such an emotional last boat tour. getting off seeing all of my favorite skippers in tears as they and we all recognize, this is it for JAWS. While the parks were open they handed out free beads to wear and sold merchandise throughout the park. The one disappointment I had was that all of the T-Shirts were sold out. Forever! If you missed the final Voyage don’t worry, I’ll post a video this week!

Now in the Terminator gift shop in the exit of T2 3-D at Universal Studios, a huge life size sculpture of batman is on display (and for sale) in an awesome pose! now I also noticed other DC COMIC super hero merchandise!? could this be the start for the Marvel-DC switch in Islands of adventure we’ve been hearing about for years? this is one of their most famous rumors!
The “Spaceworm” that is on top of those rocks is finally getting it’s paint job and it looks pretty cool from how it looks so far! I’m really excited about this golf corse being built how about you guys? if you guys see any changes in the golf corse you can submit your photos by using the Photo Reply. Then i’ll add it to my updates on the golf corse!
Possible Water Show?
Across from Richter’s Burger Co. is a stage being built on the port area, not only that but behind Richter’s is also being put under construction? Could they be bringing back the old Water Jet-ski show they had? rumors will start building up over the next couple months.
Just a quick update on the MINI GOLF CORSE in universal’s City walk. I was guessing this building could be the bates motel, since they have different themes in the course, but hmm.. what do you think?
MISSING STATUE,
Looks like Mr. Wasserman is leaving studios, Maybe a touch-up? new statue? Hey! that could be a great spot to put a memorial for JAWS! *Not being serious*
